Bird Murals of Harlem

Audubon is putting up bird themed murals in Harlem, NYC as a way to both beautify a community and bring more awareness to endangered birds. Earlier this month, my husband and I went on a guided tour that was part art appreciation, part fun-run. We live in New Jersey and don't often get a chance to visit Harlem or Washington Heights, in the north of Manhattan. So this was a great chance to explore a new area while taking in some beautiful art. Here's a couple highlights from the tour:
